The event was organised for the purpose of educating students about the importance and methods to create an all-around attractive profile for securing internships to portray their skill sets and stand out amongst numerous competitors. With upskilling becoming more and more prevalent among students and internship opportunities having more competition than ever, making an attractive profile, and learning the specific skills required for each opportunity has become very crucial for every applicant. Mr Rahul Arulkumaran, founder of Widhya, and an expert in these topics, addressed and educated IEEE member-students about the importance and the methods required to meet this goal, as well as a smart portrayal of skills and making profiles stand out amongst a sea of competiton. The session was very informative and enthralling for the attendees and gave them a much-needed insight in this important process.
