IEEE Women in Engineering Society of Manipal University Jaipur in collaboration with WITech India hosted an online webinar on “Virtual Reality Converge with Robotics” and “Robotics Process Automation” on 26th August from 5pm-8pm. The workshop was conducted by WITech India speakers, Annalyn F Aban and Vrinda Jain .

In the webinar our mentor covered the topics like introduction to Robotics and it’s use in reality and in virtual medium, especially how it has been even more useful during the COVID-19 pandemic. This interactive webinar combined interesting talks on Robotics, Technical Input and Practical, Hands on Experience. The participants were also taught about Robotic Process Automation how it is a technology to execute a business by integrating human actions into a robot. It also comprised the basics of using Virtual Robotics Toolkit. The webinar was followed by an interactive session of Q&A where the participant’s curiosity was satisfied by the experts.

The webinar was well-attended and our mentor was friendly and explained the concepts brilliantly. Attendees also got an e-certificate for attending the webinar. It was a very insightful event explaining all nooks and corners of Robotics Industry.
